CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AND TIMELINE

The construction of a custom-built pool usually takes between 10 and 20 days.
The timeframe mainly depends on the size of the pool, but also on other factors such as the equipment and accessories you choose, the type of finish, and whether the pool is in-ground or above-ground.
Below is the standard construction process for custom-built pools:

• First, the land is prepared and excavation is carried out to create the space for the pool.
• Next, brickwork is done and the pipes are installed, connecting the pool to the filtration system.
• After this step, the concrete is projected using a hose, with a thickness appropriate to the size of the pool, and the structure is finished, leaving it ready for the installation of any stairs or benches the client may have chosen.
• Then, the pool coping is installed and the interior is finished to ensure a high-quality look and proper sealing. The coping is usually made of non-slip artificial stone, prefabricated concrete, ceramic tiles, or porcelain.
• The next step is to install the complete hydraulic system, including all the piping and the filtration unit.
• Finally, the pool is filled with water and the filtration system is started. The client receives full instructions on how to operate and maintain their new pool.
